Can you recommend a suitable product?
We can coordinate product options based on the information provided. To make an appropriate recommendation, we may need to confirm the application, medium, temperature, pressure, dimensions, connection method and applicable project standards.
Final product approval remains subject to the customer, project consultant or responsible technical party.
Do you offer every size shown in the product range?
Sizes and specifications vary by product series and manufacturing partner.
Because piping products may include many size combinations, the website presents the main product range rather than every individual specification. Send us your product list or BOQ, and we will confirm availability for the required sizes.
Can you supply products for potable-water applications?
Selected products may be available for potable-water applications.
The required material, testing and certification should be confirmed according to the exact product, manufacturer, target market and project specification. Potable-water suitability should not be assumed for an entire product category.

Available certifications and supporting documents depend on the selected product and manufacturing partner.

Are all your products covered by the same certifications?
No. A certificate may apply only to a specific manufacturer, production location, brand, product series, material, model or size range.
We verify available documentation against the actual product being quoted. A certificate for one product should not be assumed to cover every product supplied by the same manufacturer.
Can you support project-submittal documentation?

Final import compliance depends on the product classification, HS code, applicable regulations, local importer and appointed conformity-assessment provider. Documentation requirements should be confirmed before production and shipment.

How do you control product quality?
Quality requirements are confirmed according to the product and purchase agreement.
Depending on the agreed inspection plan, quality-control activities may include:

We will review the case against the approved specification, samples, inspection records and order terms, then coordinate investigation and corrective action with the manufacturing partner.
Samples, MOQ & Orders
Can you provide samples?
Samples are available for many products, subject to stock, specification and customization requirements.
Sample charges, tooling costs and shipping fees are confirmed before dispatch. Customized samples may require additional development time.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies according to:

How long is the production lead time?

How can I receive a quotation?
